Our Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Fatir Online Academy. By enrolling your child or yourself in our courses, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Enrollment and Admission
- Students of all ages are welcome. For minors, the enrollment form must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian.
- A free trial period (usually 2–3 days) is provided to ensure satisfaction before formal enrollment.
- Once the trial is over, the student must confirm their slot by paying the monthly fee in advance.
2. Class Attendance and Punctuality
- Students are expected to be online and ready at the scheduled time.
- The teacher will wait for a maximum of 10–15 minutes after the class start time. If the student does not join, the class will be marked as "Absent" without a makeup.
- If a student is late, the class will still end at the scheduled time.
3. Cancellations and Makeup Classes
- Student Absence: If a student cannot attend a class, they must inform the Academy or the teacher at least 6 hours in advance. In such cases, a makeup class will be arranged based on teacher availability.
- Teacher Absence: If a teacher is unavailable, the Academy will provide a substitute teacher or schedule a makeup class at a time convenient for the student.
- Public Holidays: The Academy may remain closed during specific Islamic holidays (e.g., Eid-ul-Fitr, Eid-ul-Adha). These classes are generally not refundable.
4. Fee Policy
- Monthly fees must be paid in advance by the 5th of every month.
- The Academy reserves the right to suspend classes if the fee is not paid within the grace period.
- Fees are non-refundable once the month’s sessions have commenced.
- The Academy may review and adjust fee structures with a 30-day prior notice to parents/students.
5. Conduct and Ethics
- Students and teachers must maintain a professional and respectful environment.
- Proper dress code (in accordance with Islamic values) is required during the video sessions.
- Classes must be taken in a quiet, distraction-free environment to ensure the sanctity of Quranic learning.
6. Communication Policy
- For security and quality control, all communication regarding schedules, fees, and complaints should ideally go through the Academy Management via official WhatsApp or Email.
- Direct personal contact (sharing phone numbers or social media) between teachers and students/parents outside of Academy hours is strictly discouraged to maintain professional boundaries.
7. Termination of Service
- If a student wishes to discontinue their course, they must provide one week's notice to the Academy management.
- Fatir Online Academy reserves the right to terminate the enrollment of any student who consistently violates these terms or engages in inappropriate behavior.
8. Disclaimer
The Academy provides the technical platform and qualified teachers for learning. We are not responsible for any technical issues arising from the student’s side (e.g., poor internet connection, power outages, or hardware failure).
