At Fatir Online Quran Academy, we are committed to providing a high-quality Islamic Education Learning. To ensure fairness for both our students and our dedicated teachers, we have established the following refund guidelines.
1. Trial Classes & Enrollment
- We provide 3 days free trial classes to ensure you are fully satisfied with our teaching style and teacher before you make any payment.
- Once the trial period is over and you decide to join by paying the monthly fee, the enrollment is considered confirmed.
2. Monthly Subscription Fees
- All monthly fees are non-refundable. Since we reserve a specific time slot with a teacher exclusively for you, we cannot offer refunds once the month has started.
- If a student decides to discontinue the course in the middle of the month, the fee for the remaining days will not be returned.
3. Missed Classes
- Student Side: If a student misses a class due to personal reasons, internet issues, or electricity failure at their home, the fee for that class is non-refundable. However, we may offer a makeup class if informed 5 hours in advance (subject to teacher availability).
- Teacher Side: If the academy or the teacher cancels a class, we will provide a makeup session. If we are unable to provide a makeup class, we will adjust the credit in your next month’s fee.
4. Technical Difficulties
We encourage students to have a stable internet connection. The academy is not responsible for classes lost due to technical issues on the student’s end, and no refunds will be issued in such cases.
5. Special Circumstances
- In case of accidental double payments or overpayments, please contact our management immediately. We will review the request and, if approved, the refund will be processed within 3-5 working days.
- Note: Any bank or transaction charges incurred during the refund will be deducted from the total amount.
6. Policy Updates
Fatir Online Quran Academy reserves the right to update this policy. We will inform our active students of any major changes via WhatsApp or Email.
