Please read these Terms carefully before booking a trial class, enrolling in a course, making a payment, or using our website. By using our website, requesting a trial class, enrolling in classes, or continuing to use our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
If the student is under 18 years of age, the parent or legal guardian who books or manages the classes accepts these Terms on behalf of the student.
Fatir Online Quran Academy is an online Quran education academy serving children and adults worldwide. We provide personalised online learning services that may include Quran Recitation, Noorani Qaida, Basic and Advanced Tajweed, Quran Memorisation, Quran Translation, Tafseer, Islamic Studies, Spoken Arabic, Duas, Kalimahs, Namaz, and other related Islamic learning programmes.
Classes may be provided through Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, WhatsApp, or another suitable online learning platform selected or approved by the Academy.
Fatir Online Quran Academy may update, improve, add, remove, or revise courses, teaching methods, schedules, learning materials, teachers, class platforms, or website content where reasonably necessary.
By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, booking a free trial, enrolling in a course, making a payment, attending classes, or communicating with us regarding our services, you confirm that:
You have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions
The information you provide is accurate and complete
You are legally able to enter into this agreement, or you are the parent or legal guardian acting for a minor student
You will use our services respectfully and only for lawful educational purposes
You will ensure that the student follows these Terms
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
Fatir Online Quran Academy may offer a free trial class or trial period to eligible prospective students. The purpose of the trial is to help the student, parent, guardian, and Academy assess the student’s learning level, teaching needs, schedule, and suitability for regular classes.
A free trial does not create an obligation to continue with paid classes. Likewise, the Academy is not required to offer ongoing enrolment after a trial if a suitable teacher, schedule, course, or class arrangement is not available.
The Academy may decline, reschedule, shorten, cancel, or limit a trial class where there are scheduling limitations, technical difficulties, incomplete information, misuse of the trial process, inappropriate conduct, or another reasonable operational reason.
Any free trial offer is subject to availability and may be changed or withdrawn at the Academy’s reasonable discretion.
Regular paid classes begin only after the Academy confirms the student’s course, teacher arrangement, timetable, class duration, frequency, fee, payment method, and other relevant details.
The Academy may request information necessary for enrolment, including the student’s name, age group, learning level, country, time zone, preferred schedule, course interest, and parent or guardian contact information for minor students.
Placement in a particular class, teacher, day, or time is subject to availability. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requested timings, but exact preferences cannot always be guaranteed.
The Academy may recommend a different course level, lesson duration, teacher, or timetable where this is more suitable for the student’s educational needs.
All applicable class fees, payment currency, payment method, billing period, and due date will be communicated before paid classes begin.
Unless another arrangement is agreed in writing, class fees must be paid in advance for the applicable billing period. Payment is required to confirm or continue a student’s class schedule.
The parent, guardian, or adult student who makes the booking is responsible for ensuring that fees are paid on time and that payment information is correct.
The Academy may suspend, postpone, or discontinue classes where fees remain unpaid after reasonable reminders have been provided. Any decision will be made fairly and with reasonable consideration of the circumstances.
Bank charges, currency conversion charges, transfer fees, or charges imposed by third party payment providers are the responsibility of the person making the payment unless the Academy confirms otherwise in writing.
The Academy does not store full bank card details on its website unless a secure third party payment provider expressly handles this process.
A parent, guardian, or adult student may request cancellation of future classes by submitting a request through the Contact Us page on the Fatir Online Quran Academy website.
The Academy will consider cancellation and refund requests fairly, taking into account the amount paid, classes already delivered, classes scheduled, teacher arrangements, payment provider charges, and applicable consumer protection laws.
Fees for classes already delivered are generally not refundable. Where a student cancels after a billing period has started, any refund, credit, or adjustment for unused future classes will be considered according to the specific circumstances and any applicable legal rights.
Where the Academy cancels a paid class due to teacher unavailability or an internal scheduling issue, we will make reasonable efforts to offer a replacement class, an alternative teacher, a class credit, or another fair solution.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or limit any cancellation, refund, or consumer rights that apply under the laws of your country of residence.
Class days, times, length, and frequency will be agreed before regular classes begin. Students and families are expected to attend classes on time.
If a student needs to reschedule a class, the parent, guardian, or adult student should notify the Academy as early as possible through the authorised communication channel or the website Contact Us page.
Rescheduling is subject to teacher availability and may not always be possible at the preferred time. The Academy will make reasonable efforts to offer an alternative class time where advance notice has been given.
If a student joins late, the class may still end at the scheduled time so that the teacher’s following classes are not affected.
If a student misses a class without reasonable advance notice, a replacement class may not be available. However, the Academy may consider exceptional circumstances fairly and at its reasonable discretion.
If a teacher is absent or unable to conduct a class due to illness, emergency, technical failure, or another reasonable reason, the Academy will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the class, provide a replacement teacher, or offer another suitable solution.
Students, parents, and guardians are responsible for:
Providing accurate and current enrolment, contact, and scheduling information
Ensuring the student has a suitable device, stable internet connection, camera and microphone where required, and access to the selected class platform
Ensuring the student joins classes from a safe and suitable learning environment
Ensuring that a parent or guardian is available for child related communication and administrative matters
Informing the Academy of any relevant learning needs, timetable changes, or important concerns
Maintaining respectful behaviour towards teachers, staff, students, and other participants
Ensuring that the student completes reasonable practice or revision tasks assigned by the teacher
Keeping class links, passwords, meeting IDs, and other access details private
Not allowing unauthorised persons to join or observe a class without prior agreement
Parents and guardians remain responsible for the supervision, wellbeing, online safety, and appropriate conduct of their children outside the direct teaching activity.
Fatir Online Quran Academy is committed to maintaining a respectful, safe, and Islamic learning environment.
Students, parents, guardians, teachers, and visitors must not engage in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, insulting, harassing, sexually inappropriate, disruptive, unlawful, or disrespectful conduct.
The following are not permitted:
Use of offensive, inappropriate, or abusive language
Threats, harassment, bullying, or discriminatory behaviour
Sharing inappropriate images, videos, links, messages, or materials
Intentionally disrupting a class
Misusing class links or allowing unauthorised access
Recording, photographing, screenshotting, publishing, or sharing a class without permission
Attempting to obtain personal information from teachers, staff, students, or other families for an unauthorised purpose
Contacting a teacher privately for purposes unrelated to the approved class arrangement
Copying, selling, distributing, or misusing Academy learning materials
Where conduct is inappropriate or unsafe, the Academy may issue a warning, suspend a class, change a teacher or platform, restrict communication, or end enrolment immediately where necessary.
Many students of Fatir Online Quran Academy are children. The parent or legal guardian is responsible for booking, payment, enrolment, scheduling, and administrative communication on behalf of a student under 18 years of age.
Parents and guardians should ensure that children use classes in an appropriate environment and understand the importance of respectful online conduct.
Teachers communicate with students only for legitimate educational purposes. The Academy may require that communication concerning a child’s progress, schedule, fees, concerns, or class arrangements takes place through the parent or guardian.
If the Academy becomes aware of a safeguarding concern, serious misconduct, suspected misuse, or a risk to the safety or wellbeing of a child or another person, we may take reasonable steps that we consider necessary, including suspending classes, restricting access, contacting the parent or guardian, or reporting concerns to relevant authorities where required by law.
The Academy will make reasonable efforts to provide suitable, experienced, and qualified teachers according to the student’s course needs and availability.
However, a specific teacher cannot be guaranteed permanently. A teacher may need to be replaced due to availability, illness, personal circumstances, teaching suitability, time zone changes, or operational requirements.
Where a teacher change is necessary, the Academy will make reasonable efforts to assign an appropriate replacement teacher and maintain continuity in the student’s learning plan.
The Academy may consider reasonable requests for a male or female teacher, but such requests remain subject to teacher availability and scheduling requirements.
Classes are delivered through third party online platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, WhatsApp, or another suitable platform. Use of these platforms may also be subject to their own terms, privacy policies, and technical requirements.
The Academy is not responsible for interruptions caused by a student’s device, internet connection, power outage, software issue, platform outage, or other technical matter outside our reasonable control.
Students and parents should ensure that their device and internet connection are suitable for online video learning. If a technical problem occurs, the student or parent should inform the teacher or Academy promptly.
Where a class is significantly affected by a technical issue caused by the Academy or teacher, we will make reasonable efforts to offer a fair solution. Where the issue is caused by the student’s equipment or internet connection, a replacement class may not always be possible.
Classes are not intended to be recorded, copied, or publicly shared without permission.
Students, parents, guardians, teachers, and other participants must not record audio, video, screenshots, or images of live classes or communications without prior approval from the Academy and all relevant participants.
The Academy will not use a student’s name, image, voice, video, testimonial, recitation, or class recording for advertising, social media, website content, or promotional purposes without appropriate consent from the adult student or the parent or guardian of a minor student.
If a recording is required for an educational purpose, quality review, assessment, or parent request, the Academy will provide appropriate notice and seek consent where required.
All website content, course plans, teaching methods, lesson notes, worksheets, graphics, videos, logos, written materials, and other learning resources provided by Fatir Online Quran Academy are owned by or licensed to the Academy unless otherwise stated.
These materials are provided for the student’s personal educational use only. They may not be copied, reproduced, published, sold, shared publicly, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from the Academy.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Academy materials, branding, content, or intellectual property to any student, parent, guardian, teacher, or website visitor.
You may use our website for lawful personal and educational purposes only.

We do not guarantee that every student will achieve a particular level, memorisation target, pronunciation standard, completion time, certificate, or academic result within a specific period.
Teachers may provide guidance, assessments, and recommendations, but progress remains a shared responsibility between the teacher, student, and where relevant, parent or guardian.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Fatir Online Quran Academy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or financial losses arising from the use of our website, online platforms, communications, or learning services.
The Academy is not responsible for losses arising from a student’s device failure, internet outage, third party platform issue, unauthorised access caused by the user’s failure to protect class details, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any legal right that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
The Academy may suspend or end a student’s enrolment, website access, or use of services where there is:

Non payment of agreed fees
Abusive, threatening, inappropriate, or unsafe behaviour
Misuse of class links, recordings, learning materials, or Academy content
False or misleading information provided during enrolment
A safeguarding concern or legal requirement
A situation that makes it unreasonable or unsafe for the Academy to continue services
Where reasonably possible, the Academy will provide notice and an explanation. Immediate suspension or termination may occur where necessary to protect the safety, rights, wellbeing, or security of the Academy, teachers, students, parents, or others.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, operations, legal obligations, website features, or teaching arrangements.
