Our Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Fatir Online Quran Academy. We are dedicated to providing high-quality Islamic education and Quran reading/recitation classes for students of all ages.
By joining our academy, you agree to follow the rules and guidelines mentioned below. These are designed to ensure a smooth and professional learning experience for everyone.
1. Free Trial Classes
We want you to be completely satisfied before you start.
- We offer 3 days free trial classes to help you understand our teaching method.
- After the trial, you can choose whether or not you want to continue with us.
- There is no obligation to join until you are satisfied with the trial classes.
2. Fee Policy and Payments
To maintain our services, we have a simple fee structure:
- Payment Timing: Fees must be deposited in advance, preferably by the 5th of every month.
- Late Payments: If you cannot pay the fee on time, please inform the academy management at least 3 days before the due date.
- Non-Refundable: Once the regular classes start after the trial period, the fee is non-refundable.
- Strict Rule: Never discuss fee details, discounts, or payments directly with your teacher. All financial matters must be handled through the academy office.
3. Class Duration & Technical Requirements
- Session Length: Each class session will be 30 minutes long (unless specified otherwise for special courses).
- Software: Classes will be conducted via MS Team, Zoom, or Google Meet. It is the student's responsibility to have these installed.
- Technical Issues: The academy is not responsible for classes missed due to the student’s internet connection, electricity failure, or device issues.
- Backup: In case of a technical issue from the teacher’s side, the class will be rescheduled if issue happens multiple times. The class will not be rescheduled if issue rarely happens.
4. Attendance And Makeup Classes
Consistency is key to learning. Please follow these rules for missed classes:
- Informing the Teacher: If a student cannot attend a class, please inform the teacher at least 6 hours in advance.
- Makeup Eligibility: We will try our best to arrange a makeup class if you inform us on time. However, makeup classes depend on the teacher's availability and are not guaranteed.
- Absence: Students who do not show up without any prior notice will be marked "Absent."
- Limits: If a student misses more than 5 classes in a month, no makeup classes will be provided for those sessions.
5. Teacher Assignments
- Requests: Students have the right to request a specific teacher. Please let us know early so we can check the schedule and reservations.
- Changes: The Academy reserves the right to change or replace a teacher if necessary to maintain our teaching standards.
- Post-Termination Rule: If a teacher is no longer working with our academy, students must stop all communication with them immediately.
6. Safety, Privacy And Ethics
Your safety is our priority.
- Information Sharing: Students and parents must not share personal contact details (phone numbers, emails, home addresses) with the teachers.
- No Recording: Recording of live classes without the academy’s and teacher's explicit permission is strictly prohibited.
- Liability: The academy will not be responsible for any incidents or issues that occur due to private communication outside of our monitored classes.
- Professionalism: We expect a respectful and professional relationship between students and teachers at all times.
- Zero Tolerance: Any form of misbehavior, harassment, or disrespect toward teachers will lead to immediate termination of services without a refund.
7. Public Holidays And Eid
- Eid Holidays: The academy remains closed during Eid holidays.
- Paid Leave: These holidays are considered paid leaves for our teachers.
- No Refunds: There are no makeup classes or fee refunds for scheduled Eid holidays.
8. Changes to Terms
Fatir Online Quran Academy reserves the right to update or change these terms and conditions at any time. We will notify you of any major changes.
